Dre Day
Friday was a special day. It was the day that Andre Ethier officially retired from baseball.
All of us Dodger fans have fond memories with this guy.
His family was there to take part in the celebration of his career with the Dodgers. It spanned about 14 years.
His Dodger teammates helped him celebrate: Clayton, Matty and Kenley

It was the first game of a 3 game series with the Houston Astros. I had a feeling with the 21 runs the day before that the next day the Dodgers would have trouble even getting one run. I was even wearing Alex’s good luck jersey.
The only run was the homerun hit by Joc in the 1st inning.
The Dodgers had a total of 4 hits but no more runs.
Justin Verlander kept the Dodgers at bay and the Astros won the game 2-1.
OH WELL!
On Saturday our Kenta Maeda7-6 ERA 3.48 will face Astros Lance McCullers 10-5 ERA 4.06.
It’s my birthday…please win for me. I’ll be on the field with my friend Norma. I hope to get some nice selfies and Norma would like to get autographs.
It was a sad day…Andre’s retirement and the Dodgers’ dismal loss to the Astros. But like they say, let’s turn the page.
Thanks for stopping by. GO DODGERS!!
